What is the process for qualification?

This community does have minimum and maximum income restrictions, age restrictions and all residents will be screened utilizing published resident selection criteria.

How much is the rent?

Studio apartments are anticipated to range from $530 to $1,078 per month. One bedroom apartments are anticipated to range from $562 to $1,150. Rents are subject to change at any time.

What happens if I’m out of town when I’m called for an interview?

All applicants must be present to participate in our interview process to be considered for housing at The Curve @ West Angeles.

Will this community offer on-site storage or garages?

This community will offer some covered, carport parking. At this time we do not offer additional storage.

Parking arrangements?

Some parking is available and will be assigned during the lease-up process.

Transportation services?

The Curve @ West Angeles does not provide transportation services. Los Angeles does have an exceptional public transportation system within walking distance of the community

Is there rent control or rent subsidies attached to the apartment?

Rent control does not apply to our community and there are no rental subsidies offered as part of our program. Minimum and maximum income limits will apply. We will accept portable Section 8 vouchers and other tenant-based rental programs at this community.

Are subsidies from family allowed?

All recurring gifts from members not currently residing with the applicant will be confirmed and counted as part of total household annual income. You may contact us with any specific questions after you are assigned an application number and contacted for an interview.

Is the income based on a single applicant’s income?

No, all incomes sources are counted for all members of the application. Income is based on gross income

Are pets allowed?

Yes we are pet-friendly. We do allow one pet with breed and weight restrictions.

Are floor plans available for viewing?

Floor plans are available on the website under Floor Plans.

Does The Curve @ West Angeles offer short term leases?

No short term leases are available. All leases are at least for 12 months.

If I’ve previously applied to a Related-owned or managed property, am I required to complete a new application?

Each community has its own application process, so you will be required to complete a new application.

Are there accessible units if need be?

For applicants in need of reasonable accommodation and accessible units, ADA/hearing/vision units will be available.
